All prices valid per apartment and day for the intended number of people per apartment, every extra person pays € 6/ € 10 (depends on season); Bed clothes change € 10

( Prices exclude visitor's tax and final cleaning of the apartment: for 1 room apartments € exklusive for 2 rooms apartments € exklusive , for 3 rooms apartments € exklusive + visitor's tax per person (from 15 years) and day is exclude €1,50

To fix reservation:

We would ask you to pay a deposit of 20% without any transaction fees for us.

Final invoice:

The final invoice on the previous day.

On arrival day apartments are at your disposal at 16.00 o'clock PM. On departure day we would like to leave apartments until 10.00 o'clock AM. We ask you to leave the apartment clean swept.

Domestic animals on request - price/day € 5

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) has to be considered.
